Leaving the Game

If you decide that your time in the game has come to an end, your friends in TCS wish you the very best.

Before you leave, please consider giving your player account to TCS. If you prefer to sell the account to us, that is also your choice. We will not judge.

Keeping the account in TCS allows the power you built to continue helping the guild.

The account can be used in several ways. We may use your fleet to upgrade another player, help with auto-rallies during events, support miscellaneous guild activities, and simply keep that fleet power inside TCS.

Please do not simply stop logging in if you’re done with the game. Instead, reach out to an R4 or the R5 and let us transfer the account from you.

We can make simple arrangements with you to keep your fleet fighting for TCS.

It only takes a few minutes, and it can be a valuable final gift to your TCS family.

How to Transfer Your Game Account

Before transferring your account, remove any personal information connected to it.

Remove any saved credit card information. Also remove or unbind any personal Google account or phone number, if possible.

If necessary, first bind the game account to an email address that you control.

When you are ready, we will give you a new email address for the account.

In the game, go to:

Player Avatar > Settings > Account > Account Management > Email > Change Email Address

Next to the Verification Code field, press Send.

Foundation will send you an Unbind Account email or text message, depending on how your account is set up. It will contain a verification code.

You must enter this code quickly. The code may only remain valid for about one minute.

Enter the verification code into the game.

After the code is accepted, change the account email address to the new email address that we provided.

Once the email address has been changed successfully, we should be able to log in to the account on another device and take over management of the account.

Please remain available until we confirm that the transfer worked correctly.
