I think the page looks great so far. It feels a bit overly verbose, maybe we could shorten the about us stuff and “why guild choice matters” a bit. If text is too long people just skip it anyway.
I love those three “band members” complete with costume changes… they’re hilarious 😂

I think it’s important to view the content in the context of what we’re building. This isn’t a landing page whose sole purpose is to get someone to click a button. It’s the primary website for TCS and, in many ways, the permanent home of the guild.
The content was written intentionally to give the guild depth, identity, and a clear voice. The goal is not simply to decorate the page with graphics and short captions, but to explain who we are, what we believe, and why the guild exists.
Most visitors will skim. That’s normal. They will read the headings, glance at the sections that interest them, and move on. But the members and prospective members who want to understand TCS in greater detail should find meaningful content when they do choose to read.
A website doesn’t need every visitor to read every word. It only needs to provide value to the people who want it. The current content gives TCS substance and personality rather than presenting it as a collection of slogans and marketing statements.
My view is that the amount of text is appropriate for the role this website is intended to serve. It provides enough information to tell the story of the guild without becoming a wall of text, and it gives visitors the freedom to engage with as much or as little content as they choose.
Personally, I’d hate to see the content shortened. Knowing how people navigate and read websites (how they only read what they want), why remove content when some readers prefer reading it all? The content skippers and skimmers will skip and skim regardless.
Regarding the bank members: They are guild members who fight and die for TCS. Don’t equate them to a band. 😂
